Main Features

• Automatic Capping System is a compact solution that is capable of closing several types of caps
• It includes an integrated cap elevator to feed the caps to the cap sorting system continuously
• The mechanical sorter enables to sort different types of caps and allows a quick changeover from one cap to another
• The sorting system distributes the caps to the cap chute and positions the blade in the correct position
• Each cap chute and blade is designed as a connection part to be able to change the capping setup easily from one cap dimension to another
• The capping head is driven by a step motor with an adjustable capping torque
• The capping head features a specialized plastic mold, tailored to fit various cap sizes, which effectively prevents cap damage caused by friction
• All mechanical adjustments for the sorter, cap chute, and blade can be made manually or through the use of the numerator, according to the height of the packages
• Packs round, oval, square, and rectangular containers without any additions
• The belt system ensures superior container stability while tightening the cap, particularly for soft and tall containers
• The conveyor side rails can be conveniently customized to match the size of the buckets
• The interface of the touch screen is user-friendly and can be accessed in multiple languages
• Heavy-duty stainless steel frame
• Thick polycarbonate covers and security switches on the doors

USED MATERIALS

• The parts in contact with the products are made of 316 L stainless steel. The other parts are made of 304 L stainless steel and anodized aluminum
