EVC 250/350 Continuous Motion Series

The new EVC 250/350 Continuous Motion series are high performance modular continuous motion vertical form fill and seal machines for traditional and fragile products.

Continuous motion describes a mechanism that is moving continuously without pausing. The superiority of the continuous sealing system is that it enables the achievement of 100% hermetic seals at high speeds.

Our machine was tested at a high speed of 200 mechanical cycles per minute. In particular, it reduces the possibility of contaminants getting into the seal, which prevents effective sealing and is not cosmetically acceptable for the end-user/shopper.

It prevents proper sealing of the film, resulting in expensive machine downtime and scrap product, which can occur on standard intermittent machines.

Wrapping materials; Polypropylene, laminates and coupled materials in general, barrier film, water-soluble film, biaxially oriented films, and other heat sealing materials such as polyethylene
